I think this is basically just to wipe the ecu or open it for editing. Anyway it worked and said turn bike off for 2 mins then restart. Turned bike back on, waited for the cycle to finish then opened software again and it just keeps saying turn bike on/off and restart program. A short video to show how easy it is to flash new tunes onto the Diavel using the Tuneboy cable and flash software. Depending on which license you purchase, you can get cruise control, quick-shifter, map switching, and other features added to your completely stock Ducati ECU.

TuneECU is a totally FREE software for the reprogramming, diagnosis and testing of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) fitted to Electronic Fuel Injected motorbikes. It also reads and writes ECU Maps for re-tuning (full features dependent on model). Hardware available from here.
